1001 Jefferson Street mortgages and related papers, dating from 1928 through 1970. The first mortgage, dated Dec. 7, 1928, was for $75,000. The final mortgage, dated Sept. 11, 1969, was for $450,000. A release from that mortgage is dated Nov. 12, 1970.

1001 Jefferson Street leasing agreements between Beacom and Goldey Beacom, 1951 – 1969. When Goldey and Beacom Colleges merged in 1951, Beacom College, Inc., retained ownership of 1001 Jefferson and corporation, Goldey Beacom. The leases include a 5-year lease dated June 15, 1951, and Dec. 2, 1955; a 6-year lease dated Aug. 2, 1961; and a 4-year lease dated Dec. 15, 1967, that was superseded by a 5-year lease dated Sept. 2, 1969.
