  1. Copies of the seven agreements signed by Mrs. Carolyn P Douglas on Jan. 25, 1960, to sell her Goldey Beacom stock to seven Goldey stockholders: Winfield Adams, Fredrick Zebley, Sidney Peters, Ruth Jenkins, Jay W. Miller, William Ott and Goldey College.
  2. A letter to A. Raymond Jackson from F. L. Zebley that accompanied the seven agreements.
