President Paul Brown’s collection of papers related to the College Self-Study done for Middle States in 1976. Composed primarily of records from the various College committees conducting the self-study, the notebook also contains Middle States' Handbook of Institutional Self-Study and its Policies and Procedures Handbook.

In addition to 1975 records of various self-study committees, the folder includes some reactions to the visit of Appraisal Readiness Team that visited the College on Oct. 20, 1975. It also includes President Brown’s working copy of the evaluation team’s report of 1976 and the comments of various College personnel on the team’s report.
